Renovation of the Carlton Hotel Cannes

The PLENDI team is honored to announce its participation in the rebirth of this jewel of the world hotel industry that is the Carlton Cannes located on the famous Boulevard de la Croisette.

Inaugurated in 1912 and partly listed as a historical monument, the hotel had not undergone any major renovation since 2007 and needed to be transformed to maintain its status as an icon of the French Riviera hotel industry.

PLENDI is very proud to have participated in this huge project, the rebirth of this jewel of the world hotel industry that is the Carlton Cannes.

In detail, this represents 45,000m² of renovation or construction, including:
☑ 332 rooms and suites
☑ 37 “Branded suites”
☑ 1 conference room of 800m²
☑ 1 exceptional garden with Mediterranean scents bordered by a peristyle

We were thus able to demonstrate once again our know-how and expertise in luxury hotel projects.
