Our guiding principle: customer satisfaction
Driven by passion and a keen eye for detail, the Plendi team operates at the heart of the luxury sector and fully embodies the company’s identity. With a team of over 150 talented professionals—including engineers, architects, fit-out specialists, and materials specialists—we share a common goal: customer satisfaction. Our experts are mobile and English-speaking, supporting our projects both in France and internationally. For over a decade, every employee has followed a dedicated training program developed in partnership with the École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). United under an operational board, our management team comprises 15 members, 12 of whom have worked together for over 15 years, ensuring continuity, consistency, and excellence in all our projects.
