PLENDI launches the decoration of the first Fauchon hotel in Paris

In early 2015, QNB Capital assisted by JLL, entrusted Vinci Construction France with the major restructuring of a property complex located at the corner of boulevard Malesherbes and Place de la Madeleine. The purpose of the project was to recast this mixed building (offices, housing, business) into a hotel, without decoration, which would have all the necessary criteria to accommodate a 5-star hotel.  

In the course of the second half of 2016, Fauchon and Esprit de France, operator of the hotel, chose the agency DTACC (prime contractor) and Plendi to establish a decoration project adapted to the characteristics of the building.
