Opening of the historic Dior boutique

Located at the corner of François Premier Street and Avenue Montaigne in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, Dior boutique has had a makeover.

PLENDI by VINCI Construction teams had the pleasure of participating in the rehabilitation of the historic Dior boutique, located at 30 Avenue Montaigne in Paris.

 

At the corner of rue François Ier and avenue Montaigne, there is a Dior boutique on two levels, a restaurant, a pastry shop, three gardens, and a museum, “Galerie Dior”, retracing the epic of Christian Dior , renovated haute couture workshops and a jewelry workshop.

 

The architect Peter Marino created this new universe of the store, a contrast between heritage and modernity, declined throughout the 10 000 m2 thanks to the association of more than one hundred different materials, from stone to precious fabrics or iconic Versailles parquet floor.

 

The Galerie Dior, a vast space of 2 000 m2, the scenography designed by Nathalie Crinière, presents almost 75 years of history of the Maison Dior. It exhibits iconic pieces from collections preserved as they are and an exceptional collection of nearly 1 500 miniaturized objects from the Dior universe designed in 3D printing.

 

Les travaux ont été réalisé pendant 12 mois et la boutique a ouvert ses portes en mars 2022.
