The prestigious 5 stars hotel, based in the heart of London, includes 174 rooms and suites, the ballroom, the new reception, 2 restaurants and a SPA.

On the 9th floor of the hotel were built 2 Penthouse suites of 165 m² with a view to Hyde Park.

VINCI Construction won the BIM d’Or award for this project in the international category. Right from the design phase, BIM accelerates project processes through the use of 3D models and collaborative work methods, leading to more effective development decisions.
In the works phase, BIM optimises all worksite operations.
