Carlton Hotel Cannes

Renovation of the famous Carlton Hotel, located in Cannes at 58, boulevard de la Croisette.

The renovation and extension of one of the legendary palaces on the Croisette – the Carlton Hotel Cannes, a 48,000 m2 project, part of which is listed as a historical monument.

The work involves renovating the Grand Salon and the conference center, creating a bar and tea room and a main kitchen, refurbishing two restaurants and creating terraces for the rooms on the second floor.

A 20,000-square-meter extension will be completed, with two new wings and three basement levels, as well as 37 new suites, meeting rooms, a corporate restaurant and ballroom, and a multipurpose space. A landscaped garden including a bar and swimming pool will be created in the inner courtyard, as well as a spa and fitness center
