MIRAMAR CROUESTY

Partial rehabilitation and extension works designed to earn a fifth star for the Miramar Crouesty Hôtel Thalasso & Spa at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan on the Rhuys Peninsula.

• Construction of a skylight with a 360° view, a swimming pool with jacuzzi, two restaurants, a fitness area and kitchens
• Restoration of the facades and balconies, as well as the corridors, rooms, suites and bathrooms
• Renovation and transformation of the hotel and thalassotherapy lobbies
• Creation of an emergency exit by eliminating one room per floor
• Creation of an indoor elevator to connect the fourth floor with each guest room floor
• Refurbishment, conversion and development of the fourth floor terrace and restaurants near the swimming pool
• Works to and alterations of the kitchens on the fourth and fifth floors
• Creation of an awning over the hotel entrance
• Development of the surroundings and access to the car park
