Design and construction of a five-star hotel with 286 guest rooms, a 500-seat multi-purpose hall, a 350-seat restaurant, a fitness centre, shops and a swimming pool.
The hotel received the 1999 Gold Medal awarded by the Ministry of Construction in Vietnam, which recognises quality construction.
