Boutique Dior

The rehabilitation of the historic DIOR boutique in Paris, 30 Avenue Montaigne.

The building is divided into 2 levels of infrastructure and 7 levels of superstructure.

The purpose of the restructuring was to extend the store’s surface area, create a gallery retracing the work of Christian Dior, preserve the haute couture clothing workshops, reduce office space with a change of destination, the creation of a restaurant within the boutique and a suite.

The project provided for the protection, conservation and restoration of all the facades of buildings dating from the 19th century, in accordance with the recommendations of the ABF.
