Our assignments are extensive and always Haute Couture. Whether you have an architect or interior designer or not, we know how to start our work at any stage of your project and support you with every detail.

We can advise you and introduce you to architects or interior designers with whom we will have the pleasure of working with from the first phases of your project, increasing efficiency and reducing times and costs. If the project just requires a few plans, we can have them drawn by our pool of architects, a team dedicated to the technical and architectural synthesis for all our projects. During the construction of your luxury home, whether renovation or construction, we can be involved from the very first stages of the structural work.

 

Luxury home construction – your turnkey project

We define ourselves and are recognised as the (best) coordinators of all luxury construction trades. Naturally, we manage BSE, shell and core work, and architectural work with perfect workmanship. We also work on FF&E (furniture, fixture & equipment), meaning that we can buy (and install) any curtains, furniture, lighting, works of art, and high-tech equipment.

 

 

 

We also offer to handle OS&E (operating supplies & equipment) which includes everything else you might need for your luxury home, including bathrobes, books for the library, or teaspoons. Throughout every construction phase of your luxury home, we guarantee you a unique and available contact, from the beginning of the study phase up to the handover of the keys. We also guarantee you flexibility allowing you to change your mind, question yourself, back off or be in a hurry to press on.
