Delivery of the Hotel Chais Monnet in Cognac

PLENDI by Vinci Construction team have finalized the renovation of the Chais Monnet hotel in Cognac. This exceptional project reflects the modernity and the classicism of heritage in a historic property in the center of Cognac.

The Chais Monnet hotel offers, on two hectares, within ancestral cellars built in 1838, 92 rooms and suites, a mansion, 13 apartments, a conference room, Jazz bar and a gourmet restaurant. The wellness area is also designed including gym, swimming pool, steam room and a contemporary spa. The agency ERTIM and GTM Bâtiment Aquitaine have accompanied our teams in the design, execution and decoration of this emblematic project.
