• Completion of the project within a short timeframe, requiring the use of two tower cranes
• Creation of two wings on either side of the château (music room and dining room)
• Creation of an underground level below the extensions
• Use of 9.50 metre high double wall elements over the 2,200 square metre area
• Pre-slab flooring
