HÔTEL DE COISLIN

As part of a property development and under the oversight of the Architect of Historic Monuments, structural refurbishment of the Hôtel de Coislin on the Place de la Concorde to provide office space around a central atrium.

• Rehabilitation of the building, which has historic landmark status
• Renovation of the decorations, exterior joinery and sculpture
• Creation of an open patio and staircases and lifts
• Replacement of the zinc roof
