The stage, orchestra seats and utility rooms at Paris’s oldest theatre, a historic landmark, were lowered to bring the stage to pavement level so as to simplify delivery of sets.
• Creation of new reception areas under the entrance hall
• Reconstruction of a new 35 metre high backdrop
• Removal and reinstallation of the metal frame and stage machinery
• Comprehensive stripping of the balconies to prepare refurbishment of their structure and installation of fire protection systems
