All our projects

Plendi, VINCI Construction’s luxury brand.

We are a general contractor whose strategy is ultra-specialization in the delivery of high-end projects.

Plendi works primarily on the renovation and refurbishment of prestigious hotels, flagship stores for the great luxury Maisons, private residences, and other projects that are exceptional in their purpose or their architecture.

Building on its landmark projects and strong reputation, Plendi has become the leading French name in high-end construction. We are involved from the earliest stages of structural work—with our in-house craftsmen—through to the finishing touches.
