Renovation of the Carlton in Cannes
The PLENDI team is proud to have contributed to the revival of the Carlton Cannes, one of the legendary palace hotels on the famous Boulevard de la Croisette. Opened in 1912 and partially listed as a historic monument, the hotel had not undergone any major renovations since 2007 and urgently needed to be transformed to maintain its status as an icon of the French Riviera's hospitality industry.
Across 48,000 m² of renovated floor space, the hotel offers 332 rooms and suites, complemented by the construction of 37 “Branded Suites” and a 765 m² conference room.
A 20,000 m² extension was created, comprising two new wings and three basement levels. It houses meeting rooms, a restaurant, a ballroom, a spa and a fitness center.
A landscaped garden was also created at the heart of the inner courtyard, featuring a bar and a lap pool.
