Privacy policy

This policy explains how the personal data of visitors to the www.plendi.com website is processed.

Data controller

The www.plendi.com website is published by VINCI Construction, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée, SAS) with share capital of €366,400,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 348 866 260, whose registered office is at 1973, boulevard de la Défense, 92000 Nanterre, France (see the legal notice).

Data collected

The website only collects personal data when you use the contact form: your last name and email address (required) and, if you provide them, your first name, phone number, and the subject and content of your message. The date of submission and the page from which the message was sent are also recorded. No IP address is stored.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request and to follow up on our exchanges. This processing is based on Plendi’s legitimate interest in responding to the requests it receives and, where applicable, on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Recipients

Messages are stored in the website’s administration interface and forwarded by email to the Plendi and VINCI Group teams authorised to handle your request. No data is sold or transferred to third parties. The website’s hosting provider (Microsoft Azure, see the legal notice) may access it only to the extent required for the technical operation of the service.

Retention period

Messages are kept for a maximum of three years from receipt and are then deleted automatically.

Cookies and third-party content

The website does not set any audience measurement or advertising cookies and does not use any tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on the website itself. Technical cookies are only set when logging in to the administration interface, which is restricted to authorised persons.

The “Collaborations” page offers Spotify players (podcasts). They are only loaded if you click “Show the Spotify player”: no data is sent to Spotify before that click. Once the players are displayed, Spotify may set cookies and collect browsing data in accordance with Spotify’s own privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and the right to data portability.

You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@vinci-construction.com or to VINCI Construction, 1973, boulevard de la Défense, 92000 Nanterre, France. For any question about the protection of your data: dpo@vinci-construction.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Security

The website is only accessible over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to received messages is restricted to authorised persons.
