PLENDI took part in the transformation of Le Provençal, an emblematic 1920s hotel and a sleeping beauty for nearly 50 years, into a high-end residence.
The complete renovation of this historic building enabled its conversion into 35 prestigious residences.
The intervention paid particular attention to respecting the original architecture while integrating contemporary amenities meeting the highest standards of comfort and quality of life.
The residential experience is enriched by a range of wellness and leisure facilities, including a full spa, a 30-meter outdoor swimming pool with views of the Lérins Islands, a private cinema and a games room.
