This project involved the rehabilitation of existing buildings and the construction of new volumes, giving rise to the 5-star luxury Hôtel Chais Monnet at the heart of the restored former cognac cellars in Cognac.
Set on a 2.5-hectare estate, the property features 92 rooms and suites, 13 apartments, a conference room, a brasserie, a jazz bar, and a gourmet restaurant.
A wellness area rounds out the offerings, featuring a fitness center, a swimming pool, a hammam, and a contemporary spa.
