PRIVATE MANSION
Renovation of a mansion into five luxury apartments, including a 470-square-meter duplex on the top floor, with the addition of a basement designed to house a spa, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room.
This exceptional six-story project stands out for its ultra-high-end interior decoration. The finishes are executed in prestigious materials, from wood veined with gold or mother-of-pearl to stretched-fabric wall coverings.
