How it Works Connect Plendi to FreeAgent.
Plendi expenses get sent to FreeAgent automatically.

We transfer all the following information;
  • 1) Vendor Name
  • 2) Transaction Date
  • 3) Amount of transaction in your own currency
  • 4) VAT paid
  • 5) Image of the receipt
Configuration Instructions
Configuration Instructions Configuration must be done only once.
It takes about 2 minutes.

  • 1 ) Login to FreeAgent and enable API access in Account ¦ Settings
  • 2 ) Login to Plendi. Goto Third Party APIs ¦ FreeAgent Integration
  • 3 ) Enter your FreeAgent Account Information
  • 4 ) Test the connection
  • 5 ) Select the Nominal Code that your expenses will receive in FreeAgent
  • 6 ) Press enable
  • 7 ) All new expenses are sent to FreeAgent after they are processed by Plendi staff
